  1. Hyde Shipping was a real disappointment for us. We had our Jeep and Golf cart shipped through this company to Mexico where we have relocated. We paid their price for the shipping, only to have our car and cart held ransom in Mexico. The paper work was done wrong, which resulted in us having to hire a broker. All of this amounted to an additional $3000.00 American Dollars. We were stuck in a position of helplessness, we had to pay or we would lose our car and golf cart. When I contacted Hyde shipping about this, I was told that there was nothing they would do. I will also add that we are not the only ones this has happened to, it seems to be a regular problem. For those of you who intend to use this shipping company be prepared to pay ransom money to retrieve your shipment. I have well documented receipts that show what it cost us to get our shipment.
